'Potato Chip' Ruffled Scarf Boa
At Jo-Ann/Lion Brand Yarn Patterns: Crocheted in single crochet and half double crochet stitches. The ruffles are created with the extra increases that are written into the pattern directions. The example is crocheted with bulky weight mohair yarn but you could always substitute a chunky or bulky weight yarn of a different fiber content.
